Kevin Connelly is a breath-work teacher, cold exposure guide, and founder of Mexico-based ReConnect. He leads breath workshops, ice baths, and teaches clients about functional breathing and the power of healing your body naturally.
In the episode Kevin and I talk about his journey to finding breath-work as a tool to help pull himself out of anxiety and depression and how he’s found that the key to healing a lot of things is connected to the breath. He believes, and I do too, that we all have the tools to manage our symptoms within our own body. We just need to learn to access these tools.
Kevin led me through a simple breathwork exercise to stimulate and soothe the vagus nerve – one that you can follow along to in the episode. I really hope you enjoy this conversation as much as I did!
