I am posting this now when the blog is new because it is important to me that any followers here know that they are and always have been my first priority. The Lovely Digest is my way to build a community of friends with IBD so that I and others don’t feel so isolated because of our medical conditions. When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymised string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. Media
